Non-Profit License (NPL) & Server Rentals Price

   1. The default TeamSpeak 3 server installation allows for up to 32 slots and works in both online (with Internet connectivity) and offline modes.
   2. Requires registration here granting you up to 512 slots. Your server must also be connected to the Internet at all times.
   3. We do not provide server hosting. Only Authorized TeamSpeak Host Providers (ATHP) are authorized to rent or sell servers to the public.



Annual Activation License (AAL) Price
For companies who utilize TeamSpeak but are not in the business of selling (renting) servers to others.
   Annual Activation  
      32 slots, 1 virtual server $30
      64 slots, 1 virtual server $55
      128 slots, 5 virtual servers $100
      256 slots, 5 virtual servers $175
      512 slots, 10 virtual servers $300
      1024 slots, 10 virtual servers $500
    Annual Activation Licenses require annual renewal. Prices shown above are for the first year of licensing which begins from the date of purchase.
The renewal price for additional years is discounted 20%. Example: A 128 slot AAL will cost $100 for the first year, and $80 each year thereafter.

Authorized TeamSpeak Host Provider (ATHP) Price
For hosting companies who sell (rent) servers to the public for a monthly fee.

      5000 - 9999 slots $0.11
      10000 - 24999 slots $0.10

      Minimum Monthly License Fee = $24
   1. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee for processing your application.
   2. ATHPs are billed on a monthly, recurring basis for the average monthly slot count configured on each virtual server. See this FAQ for more info.

SDK License Type A Price
For companies who wish to integrate the SDK into a single product sold for a one-time fee. 1
   Single Product, Project, or Title $5000
   Indie and Non-Profit Organizations FREE
   Companies with under $100K annual revenue $2500
   Game Engine, Virtual World Engine, or similar $5000 2
   Trial License for Research and Development FREE 3
    1. TeamSpeak servers utilizing an SDK license do not require Internet access. Internal company projects, private military projects, etc. are welcome.
2. You will be issued a free license for development. Each sale or installation of your software requires a $5000 license fee, applicable only to titles which do not follow a recurring revenue model. For recurring revenue titles, License Type B is required. Please refer to License Type B for an explanation and examples of recurring revenue business models.
3. This is a no cost, no obligation license which requires renewal every 45 days. Available for a period of up to 12 months.

SDK License Type B
For companies who wish to integrate the SDK into a product which contains a recurring revenue business model. Titles with business models containing monthly subscription fees, micro transactions, or any sort of revenue in addition to a first time purchase fee are deemed as containing a 'recurring revenue business model'.
